We are looking to recruit Electrical Engineer for our contracting division. This person will be responsible for work winning, overseeing project execution and ensure the profitability of projects across UAE. Will be responsible for handling all commercial aspects as mentioned below but not limited to:
Develop & implement effective system for Business development and work wining across UAE.
Overall P&L of the business.
Ensuring adherence with contract procedures for notifications of variations, contractual claims etc
Preparation and administration of sub-contracts
Preparing, Reviewing and commenting on Clients & Sub-contractor billing and invoicing
Managing payments, final accounts, bonds, warranties, claims, variation process, cash flow, payments etc.
Dealing with subcontractors reviewing, verifying and signing off letters of intent and subcontractor agreements, T&C etc.
Identify, mitigate and report risks, Preparation of time and cost claims
Manage team, Monitoring the performance of employees and developing their skills
Monitoring project controls activities, including implementation of control systems
Overseeing identification of extra works and the development of cost proposals
Education: Bachelor Degree in Electrical + MBA
